GIVE YOUR HAND TO THE PEOPLE SEEKING PROTECTION AND HELP

Become a volunteer and help the people who have lost everything on their way to a "new life". They're people like you and everyone else. The only difference is their place of birth and the fact that their countries of origin were destroyed and they had to leave. Help people who are not covered to a great extent by the health system to get basic medical care as an assistant or a doctor. The necessary supply is extensive and with DocMobile you now have the chance to make a difference - help us!

HELP IN GREECE

The DocMobile is in use wherever help is needed. We visit camps, dilapidated ruins, forests and parks where people seeking shelter and help are to be found. The local team is free to decide which locations they would like to look after.

BASIC MEDICAL CARE

With DocMobile, we take care of basic medical care for those seeking protection and help. Equipped with a local medicine warehouse and a mobile doctor's office, we get to where help is most needed.

TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG

Basically all decisions, be it in the organisation of DocMobile or on site with the helper teams, are discussed in a team. All team members are involved as much as possible to improve the situation on site for the patients.

WHY SHOULD YOU COMMIT YOURSELF AS VOLUNTEER?

The question is on the one hand very easy to answer, on the other hand it is very dependent on everyone and therefore not to be answered with blanket answers. However, there are a few aspects that apply to everyone we have interviewed so far and so we assume that this will also be the case with you.
  • You'll learn new cultures.
  • Your help arrives where it's really needed.
  • You win a positive point for your CV.
  • You'll change positively.
  • Your view of "being human" is getting changed.

Become a volunteer at DocMobile

Because people need your help!

What do you need to bring to become a DocMobile helper?

  • In order to be able to offer the best possible care on site, it is necessary that you have a medical background.
  • Since we have international teams, it is important that you speak and understand English.
  • What you see and experience on site is NOT comparable with what you know from home, you need strong nerves!
